Glow with the flow in this open level vinyasa class. No crazy twists or standing on your head required to join in this special pop-up, just come ready to have fun and get a good stretch in. This practice will offer accessible alignment principles and biomechanics from which students can explore their postures, restore and transform. Music will be played, singing along and creative play on your mat is highly encouraged.
Attire: Dress in colors that react to UV light! (e.g., neon colors or white will do just fine.) Glow sticks and glow makeup will be provided
