Fun Sized Drops - SILKS
Interested in exploring more dynamic ways to move in your fabric, but fear you don’t have the height to do so?
Fear not! In this 90 minute workshop, experiment with several drops suitable for heights of 15ft or lower. Drops
include simple dives and small slack drops.
Intermediate to Advanced aerialists welcome, must be able to invert in the air cleanly multiple times within a 90 minute class time.

Have you become familiar with the ins and outs of aerial hoop? It’s time to add some daring hoop dynamics to
your skill repertoire! Begin exploring dynamic ways to travel around the Lyra in this 90 minute workshop. Learn
fundamental movements beneficial in executing drops, rolls, and unique transitions on single and double tab
lyra.
Some skills to be expected are beats, top to bottom bar transfers, and various rolls. Proper attire for this
workshop includes tight clothing that will unlikely become tangled or wrapped around the Lyra and rigging.
Intermediate to Advanced students welcome to attend, must be able to execute 3 clean pull ups or chin ups, and
must be able to invert onto and within the hoop multiples times within a 90 minute class time.
