Trisha Loubier
A lifelong lover of dance, fitness and outdoor adventures, Trisha discovered yoga over 10 years ago and as it began capturing more and more of her time, she never looked back. Because yoga was integral to healing some of her chronic injuries, provided amazing stress relief tools and was the catalyst for finding new and meaningful connections in relationships and the community, Trisha realized she wanted to bring yoga to the lives of others. She became a certified Yoga Alliance Teacher, adding this to her professional certifications in personal training and group exercise. Already working in the wellness industry as a manager and consultant for workplace wellness and as a personal wellness/yoga coach, Trisha found yoga to be the special piece of the puzzle that has tied together all aspects of her passion for helping others find balance in body/mind/spirit. If she can share with students even a fraction of what yoga has done for her, it will further her purpose in helping others discover their abilities for self-healing, and deepening the many joys of life.
