Grounded in the spirit of One Love, Reggae Yoga brings together yoga and reggae music to connect body, mind and spirit and send blessings into the world. Combining traditional asana practice with reggae sounds, this warm yoga facilitates freedom, fun and lightness, culminating into deep relaxation and restoration and closing with a group healing savasana.

Yin Yoga

As opposed to “yang” yoga which is your standard form for dynamic yoga asanas, Yin Yoga is designed to rapidly increased flexibility through long stretches (up to 5 minute) and fewer poses.

Aroma Yoga

Combining the use of essential oils with yoga practice to find yourself more physically, mentally, and emotionally available for your practice on and off the mat. This class will combines essential oils, stretches, asanas, mediation and discussion.

All Level Yoga

All Levels Yoga is a moderate yoga class suitable for most students with some yoga experience. Standing and seated asanas, and ending with relaxation. As in all classes, the instructor suggests modifications so that students may adapt the class to suit their goals and fitness level

Warm Yoga

Challenge yourself physically and mentally in a room heated to 95 degrees. The heat helps you burn more calories, warm up muscles for better flexibility, and sweat out bodily toxins. Suitable for all levels if you can stand the heat!

Vinyasa (Flow Yoga)

This class uses the flowing vinyasa movement of ashtanga yoga, but uses variety of postures to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.

Mindfulness

Center yourself and learn to be fully present in the moment with this class. Various methods of meditation and breathing techniques are taught to help you achieve mindfulness in your yoga practice and daily life.
