A day born in love, friendship, healing and music. A time to come together and celebrate what makes our souls shine. Heal, let go, move, express yourself and “rise in love.” Yoga, live music, Reiki, Massage, Acupuncture and food. What could be better?!

The event will begin @2 pm with Nicole’s soul flow yoga and Jay Marley spinning (Vinyl + Yoga = yes, please and thank you).

3:15 -Massage and Reiki healing (w/intuitive readings)

4:15-Break-Veggie Food and juice bar

5:00- Heart opening. Jay will play ambient sounds while Nicole guides meditation and Melissa places needles.

6:00—Poetry and Tai Chi

6:30-Celebrate. Music, dancing, hula hooping and…who knows ?!
