This class is designed to teach you effective and safe techniques that will help you improve your flexibility for splits - middle and front splits. This class combines dynamic flexibility training, static stretching techniques and strengthening exercises needed to achieve those splits.

Acro Stretch

This class will provide you with a extreme full body stretch while attempting acrobatic moves. In addition, you will learn to skillfully control your body while adapting and changing positions. Stretching is being proven to be great for your body helping you to exercise for longer periods of time, be less tired, sleep soundly, and most importantly you will be less likely to get an injury.

PiYo

PiYo™ is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.

Mat Pilates

A series of controlled movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility, control & balance. The emphasis is on conditioning your core, and strength for abs & back.
