An intense 30 minute non-aerobic conditioning class focusing on the abdominal and lower back region. This class will help strengthen and carve out your core.

Baby Got BACK (30 MINS)

An intense 30 minute non-aerobic conditioning class focusing on the BOOTY and lower body region. This class will help strengthen, lift and carve out your BOOTY.

20/20/20

Three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga and core work. Are you ready for the challenge? All levels welcome for this class.

30 Minute Tone

An intense 30 minute non-aerobic conditioning class focusing on different muscle groups. This intense routine will help tone and carve out your LOWER BODY one week and your UPPER BODY the other.

Body Sculpt

Utilizing low-weight repetition, muscle isolation, and music you already love to rock to, this powerful toning workout will build the long lean muscles you’ve always dreamed about.

Belly Dance

“Learn the Art of Bellydance” Class structure includes warm ups, technique breakdown, movement drills and combinations. Choreography sequences & essential performing / stage dynamics will be taught. ***Weekly attendance is recommended as we will be starting class with Beginner level and introducing new movements each week to advance level***

Hoopersize

An exhilarating and expressive alternative cardio workout with the added benefit of toning your core, legs and arms. Hoopersize will work muscles throughout your body by utilizing figures from hip Hoopster style hoop dancing, fat burning core isolations and aerobic figures, to graceful circus flare and strength. Weighted hoops add additional resistance to see quicker core strengthening and fat burning results. Come experience this uniquely engaging cardio experience!

Booty Lift

Shape, lift, & firm your booty in this class that combines dance, cardio, & signature lower-body sculpting moves to help you look devine from behind. We will also tighten your abs, firm your legs, & tone your arms with strength training & easy to follow dance moves. Utilizing light weights to perform Pilates based exercises, this class is designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles throughout the body while constantly engaging your core. Perfect for anyone who wants to tone and sculpt the entire body.

TurboKick

TurboKick is an addictive workout that combines athletic moves, kickboxing, and hip-hop flavor in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kick® is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate. Each new workout is more exciting, sexy, powerful and effective than the last!
