HOT HULA fitness®

HOT HULA fitness® provides a “total body workout” in 60 minutes as it isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout.

Barre Burn

Barre Burn is a total body workout that is dance-amplified that uses the ballet Barre, balls, blocks, & light weights to maximize fat burning. Strengthens, lengthens, and stretches the body from top to bottom, from inside out. The end result is a long and lean physique, without added bulk. Classes are multi-leveled, geared to challenge bodies of any age, and fitness level, no prior barre or ballet experience required.
This class only accommodates 10 students, we recommend that you sign up ahead of time.

Skinny Jean Workout

It’s the region most of us love to hate—our hips, thighs, and backsides. For a lower body you’ll love, you need to do two things: burn fat, and lift and firm your tush. This routine does both.

BOKWA®

BOKWA® is Different. It is not really a dance workout – there is no choreography and no counting steps. Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet, while moving together to music in free form rhythm.

If you can move and you can spell, you can do Bokwa®. Because of the energizing music, the fun and predictable steps and great motivation coming from people moving together to music, participants become addicted to Bokwa. You would not even realize you were burning up to 1,200 calories in one workout.

Utilizing low-weight repetition, muscle isolation, and music you already love to rock to, this powerful toning workout will build the long lean muscles you’ve always dreamed about.

Belly Dance Technique

“Learn the Art of Bellydance” Class structure includes warm ups, technique breakdown, movement drills and combinations. Choreography sequences & essential performing / stage dynamics will be taught. ***Weekly attendance is recommended as we will be starting class with Beginner level and introducing new movements each week to advance level***

Power Hoopz

PowerHoopz is Hula Hoop Fitness. Using custom weighted hula hoops for resistance, you will tone your body by doing a series of power sculpting, power floor work and power hooping. This class works every muscle and burns off unwanted belly fat quickly.

Hip Hop Hustle

A place to let go, get low, and feel something vibrant! Move & groove to basic, fun Hip Hop choreography that will make you feel like you are in a music video. Through hip hop’s grounded movements, body isolations, strong hits, and lengthened arm shapes, you will receive a full body work out that will send you home drenched and satisfied. Upbeat music ranging from old school to new school, sassy to street. High energy, fun routines, and great moves… come get your hip hop on!

Booty Lift

Shape, lift, & firm your booty in this class that combines dance, cardio, & signature lower-body sculpting moves to help you look devine from behind. We will also tighten your abs, firm your legs, & tone your arms with strength training & easy to follow dance moves. Tone your entire body in this party atmosphere with popular music to get you pumped up & asking for more.

PiYo

PiYo™ is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.

PilateSculpt

Utilizing light weights to perform Pilates based exercises, this class is designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles throughout the body while constantly engaging your core. Perfect for anyone who wants to tone and sculpt the entire body.

TurboKick

TurboKick is an addictive workout that combines athletic moves, kickboxing, and hip-hop flavor in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kick® is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate. Each new workout is more exciting, sexy, powerful and effective than the last!

ABSolutely BOOTYful

The booty-luscious class provides an intensive workout that specifically targets shaping your butt and core. What woman doesn’t want sculpted abs a tiny waist and a rock hard tush!? Finish up by stretching your muscles as you gain flexibility in all the right places. This is the perfect way to cool down after a hot workout.

Firm and Flex

A class devoted to toning, strengthening, and shaping your entire body by using an extremely versatile and effective piece of equipment called a Body Bar. This class will include lower body, upper body, and core exercises both on and off the floor and stretching. You will see how quickly the Body Bar’s deep definition workout pushes you to a new level of fitness as it challenges your entire body with innovative body sculpting exercises.

Zumba® combines Latin dancing with interval and resistance training for a full-body, rhythmic workout. Zumba® focuses on creating a party-like workout environment, is incredibly fun, easy and effective.

Booty Bounce

This fun filled class will teach you to shake your bottom like never before! You will learn how to isolate the muscles in your derriere and whip your body into shape. Pop, Shake, Clap, Bounce, Grind, Booty Rolls, Thigh Shakes, Jiggle & Wiggle to the hottest hip-hop/R & B exotic sounds while you strengthen your glutes, hamstrings and quads.
