Amanda Manoski Bouque

Amanda began her yoga journey in 2008 mainly for the physical practice. She quickly discovered how empowering the practice could be, including its physical, mental, and health benefits. Amanda suffered for many years with chronic abdominal pain and headaches, which prevented her from enjoying the physical activities that she loved such as running and dancing. Yoga allowed Amanda to learn body awareness, and brought relief from the chronic pain she experienced. Practicing yoga cleared Amanda’s mind, enabled her to see the world in a new light, and improved her physical strength.

In 2010, she received her teacher training certification from Core PowerYoga Alliance in Chicago, and is currently studying Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture at the Florida College of Integrative Medicine in Orlando. Amanda is passionate about bringing the connection between yoga and health to her students and hopes that yoga will become an integrative piece to develop a healthy, peaceful lifestyle.
