Dancer’s Delight

Dancers delight (1.5 hours) A hot, sweaty, fast-paced, high cardio, non-stop dance party that is like no other! Combine heart thumping music, cool choreography, and formal dance technique training and you get fitness with an attitude! Our instructor JOSAN is a long time dancer/choreographer and is one of the BEST in Florida. By the time this class is over, you are going to look and feel like you are in a professional dance troupe performing in a music video…even if you have never had a dance class or consider your self “coordination-ally challenged!” Your going to LOVE this class!

Dancehall Divas

Dancehall Divas combines high energy popular Dancehall reggae music with dynamic dance moves and combinations that allow the participants to sweat and dance away the pounds. Dancehall Divas brings the flavor of the islands with a fusion of Dancehall reggae & socca music and hip windin’, booty poppin’ moves that create a dynamic, exciting and fun fitness system! The routines combine fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the the “challenge zones” of the body with exciting and easy-to-learn choreography. Yuh can’t miss it!!


So you want to get your Splits or OverSplits?  Then you gotta get to SplitsVille! This class is designed to teach you effective and safe techniques that will help you improve your flexibility for splits – middle and front splits. This class combines dynamic flexibility training, static stretching techniques and strengthening exercises needed to achieve those splits.

Acro Flexibility

This class will provide you with a extreme full body stretch while attempting acrobatic moves. In addition, you will learn to skillfully control your body while adapting and changing positions. Stretching is being proven to be great for your body helping you to exercise for longer periods of time, be less tired, sleep soundly, and most importantly you will be less likely to get an injury.

ABSolutely BOOTYful

The booty-luscious class provides an intensive workout that specifically targets shaping your butt and core. What woman doesn’t want sculpted abs a tiny waist and a rock hard tush!? Finish up by stretching your muscles as you gain flexibility in all the right places. This is the perfect way to cool down after a hot workout.

Chair Dance

Class combines dancing around the chair and using your own resistance to get a fun flirty workout.
