Asatta Jones – Instructor Spotlight

Asatta Jones began teaching group fitness in 2012 after a 3 year personal fitness journey resulting in 50lbs of weight loss. As an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, Asatta enjoys teaching multiple formats such as: Yoga, mat Pilates, PiYoLIVE!®, circuit training, Aerial Yoga and Pole Dance fitness. Coupling her fitness education with her background in the psychology industry, Asatta is a true believer in the mind-body connection and a big advocate for positive mental health. Asatta strives to safely challenge every participant in her classes to push past old boundaries and achieve new gains.
